Canada Walleye Fishing Factory

Actually a bay of Lac Seul, measuring twenty six miles in length and four miles in width at it widest point, VAUGHAN LAKE is a virtual Walleye factory. Northern Pike, Smallmouth Bass and Perch are often overlooked. There is another adjoining lake to fish on as well.

Monster Northern Pike

LYNX LAKE is known for its Northern Pike (largest of 30 lbs. in 1995), with many fish between 15-20 lbs. and large numbers of Walleye and Smallmouth Bass. Access to two other lakes is easily obtained, one with a short portage.

Cabins and Boats

At Vaughan Lake, enjoy a 34' x 34' three bedroom cabin with screened porch and at Lynx Late a 18' x 22' cabin with screened porch. Each camp has hot & cold running water, showers, generated power, propane stove, refrigerator, freezer, and can accommodate up to 8 people. Dependable 16' Lund Boats with new 9.9 Yamaha motors are at both camps.

Black Bear Hunting

Our Own BMA is one of the finest in the area and is over 115 sq. miles in size. MNR biologists estimate one Black Bear per sq. mile. With Ontario North's limit of 6 to 8 hunters, a high success rate will always be maintained.

Duck & Partridge Hunting

Hunt Ducks in creeks or shallow rice bays close to your cabin or walk the game trails or nearby timber area for great Partridge hunting.

Fall Combination Moose, Bear, or Duck Fishing & Hunting Packages available upon request.

• 70/100 lbs. weight limit per person.
• Please Note: The law now demands that previous hunting experience be proven by a hunting permit or license from your own state, or a previous Canadian hunting license. Hunters must also be 16 years of age or over. No hand guns are allowed to be taken into Canada.

Location Map & Directions

Take the shortest route to International Falls, MN & cross the border into Fort Frances. Take Hwy 11/Scott St. East. Stay on Hwy 11 until you reach Hwy 502 (about 15 miles). Turn North on 502 & go until you reach Ojibway Dr. (about 90 miles). Turn left & go to the first stop sign (Hwy 594). Turn left on Hwy 594 until you come to stop sign (Cascade Road). Turn left on Cascade & go about a mile to Fin & Feather Resort (follow the signs) to check-in for your Ontario North Wilderness Adventure.
